When to use this action
Use this action when you’d like to change (add or remove) products in a campaign.
Important: You can only update products in a campaign before the campaign has launched.
Steps
- Open the Campaign
- Click Edit from the option bar on the top right-hand side
- Click Browse to add products or click x to remove existing products
- Once done, click Save
- Campaign should now reflect the updated products you are offering during the campaign
Notes & Tips
- If the campaign has already launched and the products need to be changed, it’s best to end (or cancel, if there are no orders placed) the current campaign and create a new one.
