Once your presale campaigns have been set up and customers begin placing orders, your team can view these orders through the Submarine UI.

Accessing presale campaigns
How to locate presale campaigns in the Submarine UI.
- Open the Submarine App
- Click Presales in the Submarine options on the left-hand sidebar
- Search for presale by using:
- Presale campaign name
- Presale campaign ID
- Product name
- Product SKU

How to locate presale orders in the Submarine UI.
- Open the Submarine App
- Click Campaign Orders in the Submarine options on the left-hand sidebar
- Search for a presale order using:
- Customer name
- Order ID
Presale actions
Presale management actions fall into two categories:
Presale campaign level actions
These actions apply to the presale campaign as a whole and can be managed from the Presale Campaign page in Submarine.
Before launch, all campaign settings can be edited.
Once the campaign has launched, only the following fields can be updated: deposit, end date, fulfilment date, grace period, limit, and reference.
After launch, the following settings cannot be changed: item type, line items, and launch date.
Presale campaign order level actions
Actions that affect only one presale order. These do not impact other orders or the campaign.
Editable from an individual Presale Order page. Such as cancelling an order, updating the payment method and viewing the corresponding Shopify order.
