When to use this action
Use this action for campaigns without a 100% deposit when a customer wants to pay for their campaign order before the campaign has reached its intended end date.
Steps
- Open the Shopify order, if you are unsure how to do this, follow the instructions here:
- Click collect payment on the shopify order, and proceed with processing the payment.
- Once payment is completed, it will be reflected on the campaign order inside Submarine. The customer will not be charged again when the campaign ends.
Notes & Tips
- This action must be done through the Shopify UI
- Once payment is collected in Shopify, it will automatically reflect on the campaign order in Submarine. The customer will not be charged again when the campaign ends.
- Verify the order details (customer info, items, amounts) before collecting payment to avoid error
