When to use this action
Use this if you’d like to change the deposit settings on a campaign before its launched.
Once a campaign is launched, deposit settings may be locked depending on your global deposit settings.
Steps
- Open the Campaign
- Click Edit from the options in the top-right hand side
- Scroll down to the bottom right-hand side and adjust the deposit percentage
- Click Save
Notes & Tips
- Deposit settings can always be changed before launch
- After launch, deposit changes are only possible if Allow deposit updates on launched presales is enabled in Submarine → Settings
- Selecting none means customers will not pay anything at checkout
