When to use this action
Use this action when you want to completely cancel a presale campaign.
Cancelling a campaign will:
- Stop any further purchases from being made
- Cancel all existing orders associated with the campaign in Submarine
This action should be used only when you do not intend to fulfil any orders from the campaign.
Steps
- Open the presale campaign
- Click More actions > Cancel presale
- Click Ok
- The campaign status will be updated to Cancelled
Notes & Tips
- Cancelling a campaign also cancels all associated orders in Submarine.
- Orders will still need to be manually cancelled in Shopify, as this action does not automatically cancel them there.
- Once cancelled, the campaign cannot be resumed.
