When to use this action
Use this action when a customer would like to edit contact details for their campaign order. Customer contact details are managed directly in Shopify. Any updates made in Shopify will automatically sync to Submarine.
Steps
- Open the campaign order
- Click on the customerβs name in the right-hand sidebar
- Click β¦ in the customer details section, then select Edit contact information
- Save your changes - the update with automatically sync into Submarine

Notes & Tips
- Customer updates must always be edited in Shopify.
- Changes may take a short time to sync and appear in Submarine.
