Editing customer contact details


When to use this action

Use this action when a customer would like to edit contact details for their campaign order. Customer contact details are managed directly in Shopify. Any updates made in Shopify will automatically sync to Submarine.

Steps

  1. Open the campaign order
  1. Click on the customer’s name in the right-hand sidebar
  1. Click … in the customer details section, then select Edit contact information
  1. Save your changes - the update with automatically sync into Submarine

Notes & Tips

  • Customer updates must always be edited in Shopify.
  • Changes may take a short time to sync and appear in Submarine.
