When to use this action
Use this action when you want to view a customer’s campaign order in Shopify.
Steps
- Open the campaign order
- Under the Payment pending section, click View shopify order
- You will be redirected to the customer’s Shopify order for the campaign item

- This action allows you to quickly access the Shopify order to check payment status, customer information, and make any order edits as required.
