ProsperStack works to retain your customers if they initiate a cancellation; their platform lets you build customised surveys and workflows to funnel the customer into different offers or resolutions. The ProsperStack and Submarine integration works by allowing ProsperStack to edit a customer's subscription by skipping an upcoming order, pausing their subscription or attaching a discount code.
