When to use this action
Use this action when you want to end a presale campaign before its intended end date.
Ending a campaign will:
- Stop any further preorder purchases from being made
- Keep all existing orders associated with the campaign active in Submarine
This action should be used when you intend to fulfil existing orders, but no longer want customers to place new preorder purchases.
Steps
- Open the presale campaign
- Click End, located in the green box on the right-hand side
- Click Ok to confirm
- The campaign status will be updated to Ended
Notes & Tips
- You can only end a presale campaign if there are orders associated with the campaign. If no orders exist, the campaign should be cancelled instead.
- Ending a campaign prevents any new preorder purchases from being placed.
- Inventory will need to be applied to the existing orders before they can be fulfilled.
- Once ended, the campaign cannot be relaunched.
