When to use this action
Use this action when a customer wishes to change the quantity of their presale products before the campaign has ended.
Steps
- Open the campaign order
- Locate the corresponding Shopify order. If you are unsure how to do this, follow the instructions here:
- Inside the Shopify order, click edit
- Adjust the product quantities as requested and click Update order
- Save the changes - the updated quantities will automatically reflect in Submarine
Notes & Tips
- Changes made in Shopify will automatically sync to Submarine, but if the update does not appear immediately, we will still charge the customer correctly based on the updated quantity.
- Always verify the order quantities before saving to ensure the correct amounts are captured.
- This action can only be done before the campaign ends.
