Summary
We’re excited to announce we now have a Submarine app for Gorgias, so your customer service team will have your customers’ subscription information right at their fingertips!
The app is not publicly listed at this stage but can be installed per store.
To get this set up, email us at help@getsubmarine.com with the following details:
- Your Gorgias domain (e.g.
https://yourstore.gorgias.com)
- A Gorgias username (email address)
- An API key from a user with admin permissions – this can be found in your Gorgias settings:
https://yourstore.gorgias.com/app/settings/api
Once we have the above details, we can take it from there!

From the app, you’re able to view a list of subscriptions a customer has. We use the customer's email address to match them to their subscription in your store.
