If a customer is saying they have a subscription, however you are unable to find it by searching for the customers name or email in the Submarine UI, try the below steps:
What to do:
  • In the Submarine search bar, double-check the filters to make sure you are searching for all (status may be Paused or Cancelled)
  • If known, try searching by Subscription ID instead of email or name
  • Locate the customers Shopify profile, find the checkout order and click the link next to the Submarine logo which will take you directly to the subscription.
