When to use this action
Use this when a customer wants a subscription order processed right away, instead of waiting for their next processing date to approach.
Steps
- Open the subscription
- Click on the first scheduled order in the subscription’s order list
- Click More actions, then Process subscription order
Notes & Tips
- This will process the subscription order but will not realign the subscription schedule for other orders, other order dates will remain the same
