• Offering multiple shipping methods for Subscriptions is currently not supported by Shopify. The customer will be presented at checkout with the lowest cost shipping rate and this will be added to their Subscription. If a customer edits their shipping address Shopify will tell Submarine what the new lowest rate shipping method to use is.

• Support for exporting Subscriptions and Subscription Orders is not available but coming as part of a later Release

• Support for inventory stock check before processing is not available and coming in a future release.

• Support for per store customised payment retries is coming in a later Release
• The default configuration is currently 1 attempt 3 hours after the first attempt and then skipping the Subscription order.

• Resuming fixed delivery subscriptions - when you resume a subscriptions that’s apart of a fixed delivery subscription group from a Paused state, the subscription will be set to start on the next available date. In future the UI and API will let you provide a date from the available options.

• Shopify refunds and edits to the generated orders - when editing or refunding a generated subscription order (an order created in Shopify by Submarine) please note we do not keep a sync of any changes made to the order back to Submarine. We assume once the order is created in Shopify any edits or adjustments to it will be reflected on the Shopify order and not in Submarine.
